I’m an experienced yoga instructor passionate about the mental and physical benefits of health and wellness.
Having found my passion for yoga in 2017 whilst spending a year living abroad in Australia, it wasn’t until 2020 where I really felt the true benefits of the practice. Yoga helped me get through an incredibly emotional and traumatic experience, coming out of it a stronger, healthier person, more motivated than ever.
In 2021 I embarked on a personal journey which led me back to my roots where I spent one month completing my yoga teacher training qualification at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India.
Having immersed myself in the world of wellness, in 2024 I completed my pilates teacher training qualification at the London Pilates Academy.
I would say my teaching style is authentic, inspired by my travels, earth and elements, my methods are inclusive and accessible, and I enjoy creating a safe space for all on the mat.
I offer a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes designed to meet your needs, regardless of your experience level.
From one-to-one classes and online group classes to corporate wellness days, I offer something for everyone.
